Friendship Day celebrations
at
Shloka School, Nandikotkur
Friendship Day has been celebrated in advance at Shloka School, Nandikotkur on a grand scale. Students of different classes presented various programmes depicting the value and importance of friends and friendship in one’s life.
Students from lower section cast a few dances and skits on this occeasion.
The program was presided over by the Correspondent Sri. J.Srinivasa Reddy garu. Addressing the students, he emphasized the importance of friends in life. Also, he urged the students to be good to their friends.
Mr. Sridhar Reddy, the Chairman of the school reiterated the possibility of being a good friend.
The program came to an end with the selection of BEST FRIENDSHIP BAND prepared by the students by the Chief Guest.
Independence Day Celebrations
at
Shloka CBSE School Nandikotkur
77th Independence Day was celebrated on a grand scale at Shloka CBSE School in the town. The premises of the school was decorated with Tri-Color festoons and all the classrooms were decorated with tri-colour rangolis and black boards were filled with wishes to all.
All the Students were dressed in Sports uniform and were pinned with a minute flags at their pockets.
The assembly was started with a prayer song and National Song sung by Students.
Dr.J.Srinivasa Reddy, am eminent doctor in the town, the Chief Guest of the occasion, hoisted the flag amid the cheers of all students. Dr. J. Srinivasa Reddy, the Chief Guest said all the citizens should follow the footsteps of freedom fighters and uphold the honour of the country.
The Chairman, S.Sreedhar Reddy urged all the students to complete all their chores on their own following the path shown by Mahatma Gandhiji.
The winners of Drawing, Essay writing and Elocution were given Prizes by the Chief Guest.
The Directors of the School, Ms.Sridevi and Ms.Kavitha , and all the staff attended.
